Overall great experience, one very happy customer.

From requesting information on a vehicle, getting back to me fast, helping me through payments and forms.

As i was travelling up from Cornwall i was even picked up and taken to the centre. Very polite staff, made to feel comfortable and not once felt rushed.

Absolutely blissful drive home with my new wheels. I did notice light on the dash which i emailed about and got a response within minutes with what it could be. Which turned out to be a numberplate light out nothing serious and again not made to feel stupid, just helpful.

I am so grateful to have had a good experience as ive not in the past with other places.

Highly recommend and shall see you next year for the free mot.

Recently bought a car from Cattedown Trade Center early on this month. They are reasonable and friendly shout out to Dan who was very friendly and Jason. I did have an issue from the off with my car leaving me deflated. And although this did take longer than expected to repair. The guys at Cattedown trade center were friendly enough to assist me with my situation no questions asked and carry out all repairs at no extra cost. Even giving me a courtesy car at no extra cost. I would recommend them if you are searching for a car on a budget. The team were none pushy and this was a chilled out buying experience. Totally different from what I’ve ever encountered. I feel like communication could have been improved but that’s probably a personal preference on my end. Any other reviews you read that are misleading take with a pinch of salt. They are a GENUINE business and if your buying an older motor your going to encounter the odd problem regardless of where you buy from. But mine was resolved to a high standard and I even had my car delivered to me at a choice of location. HAPPY CUSTOMER

Great service. Friendly staff that weren't pushy and let us browse the cars in our own time.
Really accommodating and stayed open a little late so we could collect the new car after work. Really friendly with our 4yr old that we had to bring along with us too. Would 100% recommend and will come here again in the future!

From initial enquiry to sale, Naby and Dans customer service was better than 5 stars! Naby responded via email ASAP with all the details I needed before seeing the van and Dan dealt with everything internally. Just upgraded one of our work vans and the van is excellent, exactly what we were looking for. Low mileage, very good condition and a very honest price. The dealership were very honest, transparent and helpful. Will 100% be using this dealership from here on. They also give great warranty.
